Group Fitness Etiquette
• Please do not enter studio before the current class has ended
• No mobile phones allowed in studio
• Keep conversation to a minimum
• Water must be in an enclosed, unbreakable container
• We recommend the use of a towel
• Notify instructor of injuries, recent illness or if you are pregnant
• No entry once the class has commenced

Spinning - Special stationary bike that simulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors. This class is perfect for any fitness enthusiast and a great fat burner. Beginners welcome.

Body Blast - 45 minute cardiovascular interval training class, a combination of high intensity aerobics with strength and stabilisation exercises. Sure to get your heart racing.

Aqua - An invigorating water workout. A combination of upper and lower body exercises.

Ab Blast - 20 mins to tone the core, ab and back muscles. Suitable for all levels.

Fitball - A variety of strength and core exercises on the fitball for an all-round workout.

Body Balance - 75 minute class that combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, designed to increase flexibility, tone, enhance strength, relax the body and mind. (includes 15 mins of exercise technique)

Body Pump - a 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
