Our large range of complimentary
classes provide an excellent source
of motivation. Since the beginning
of 2007 we are one of the few clubs
in Ireland to provide BTS classes.
Both BodyPump and BodyBalance have
proved to be very popular as members
understand the training and attention
to detail that instructors must adhere
to in order to retain the BTS licence.
With 100 pieces of gym equipment,
we can vary your workout programme
and ensure that you remain focused
on your goals and stay motivated.
Our Pool is perfect to train, relax
or bring the kids. Slightly warmer
than your usual pool we encourage
all ages to enjoy our 20m ozone filtered
pool.
As a reward after working out, or
for those lazy days, sit back in our
Jacuzzi and take some time just for
you.
