* Classes can be pre-booked after 8am, max 2 days in advance
* Please do not enter studio before the current class has ended
* No mobile phones allowed in studio
* Keep conversation to a minimum
* Water must be in an enclosed, unbreakable container
* We recommend the use of a towel
* Notify instructor of injuries, recent illness or if you are pregnant
* No entry once the class has commenced
