On Your Bike
– An exercise class suitable
for all fitness levels (no impact
or stress involved). This is a stationary
cycling class focusing on a combination
of movements & techniques (sprints,
climbs & jogs) performed to
motivating music which will give
you a fantastic workout!!
Spin & Body Pump
– This class incorporates
the above movements & techniques
and is suitable for intermediate
to advanced participants. This class
will give you a real challenge to
your workout!
Running Club
– An easy paced outdoor run.
Go on test yourself away from the
treadmill. A great run if your training
for a relay team in the cork city
marathon.
Lunchtime Circuits
– A combination of aerobic,
strength and toning stations. A
workout packed with variety.
General Step – This is an
easy to follow step class and is
great for individuals who are new
to stepping while experience steppers
can incorporate power moves to increase
the intensity.
Cardio Kickboxing
– This is a six week course
and each class is a high impact
cardiovascular workout featuring
a variety of punches, kicks, blocks
etc. This class incorporates traditional
exercises such as jumping jacks,
abdominal work and toning exercises
to create a total body workout.

Aqua Fit –
This class is great for cardio conditioning
& strengthening using water
resistance. This is a fantastic
& fun workout and caters for
non-swimmers.
Aerokick/Kick & Tone
- This class is broken down into
easily defined sections. Thirty
minutes of kickboxing moves followed
by toning to firm you from head
to toe using your body weight as
resistance or light/heavy hand weights.
This class is sure to get you in
good shape and increase muscle strength.
Pilates –
Increase your core strength &
flexibility. Progressive workout
over 6 weeks, toning & increasing
strength in all areas. A strong
core can help to prevent injuries
and lower back problems.
Please note that a minimum of 4
participants is required for a class
to go ahead
