Class description.....

Sanovitae Spin - A 30-45 minute cardiovascular workout. Let us take you through the best cycle of your life. Plenty of rhythm, variety of exercise drills to keep those hearts racing and plenty of fun! The ultimate fat burner class that caters for all levels of fitness.  

Sunrise Spin - Start the day the best possible way with an early morning workout. Sure to leave you refreshed and energized for the day ahead.  

Sanovitae Pump - it’s the fastest way to shape up and lose fat. This is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is ideal for all fitness levels. It is suitable for both male and females who want to introduce strength training into their aerobic workout mixed with great choreography and sounds.  

Sanovitae Balance - is the yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm, giving you personal timeout from stresses and strains of daily life.  

Pilates - it is a body conditioning exercise therapy, targeting deep postural muscles to achieve core stability and strength with improved muscular balance, challenging flexibility and mobility, focusing on both mind and body.  

Kick Aerobics - is a form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).  

30Min Abs - is a half hour class for that tummy, backside and thigh area. A wide range of exercise’s to hit that 6pack  

Adult Swimming Lessons - Beginners and Improvers classes. These lessons are for adults of all ages and ability, including complete beginners. (*additional charge – please check with staff for dates).
